| As one will note, the period from mid 2002 to mid 2003, there was a substantial increase in the volume of holiday homes purchased with a gentle slow down in 2004 & 2005. This type of "slow-down" behaviour is normally experienced after a "boom" period. A turn-up as early as 2006 is recorded with a steady climb into the start of 2007. |
